Meet Dwight and Karen
Karen and I were looking for an active sport we could play together as we got older. I saw an article in our local Kalispell, Montana, newspaper about a couple who had pickleball courts on their property.
We played one time with our new found friends and we were hooked!
Suffering from withdrawal when they went south for the winter, I approached several agencies in Kalispell and was able to organize indoor winter play at our county fairgrounds. This has now grown to four weekly sessions with 5 courts.
We now winter in The Villages, Florida, with opportunity to play more often and with people at various levels.
Twenty years on world class nutritional products, from the company we represent, has definitely helped me with my energy, endurance, and recovery.
I am usually the last one off the court, often after three or more hours of hard, continuous play. And I often outlast players that are many years my junior. It saddens me to see friends stop after one or two games, because their joints are too painful or they are just plain pooped out!
"Let us help you have that same Energy, Endurance, and Recovery, so you can play your best, longer."
Pickleball is such a great intergenerational sport.
It is a sport that can be played with our kids and grandkids, if we have the energy, endurance, and recovery to play! I know Karen and I sure do!
Let us help you have that same energy, endurance, and recovery, so you can play your best, longer.

"Your body is your business – take care of it
or you will be out of business.” – Darren Hardy
It was that idea that led me to leave traditional nursing thirteen years ago.
I became a nurse because of a passion for helping “sick people get well.” After working in cardiology for some time, I noticed something very prominent. The over use of drugs, like statins, did not equate to better health, but more drugs treating the side effects of the first drugs.
I kept thinking there was a missing piece. That missing piece was prevention and wellness.
The more I learned about wellness the more intrigued I became with it’s benefits. The result would change my health and life forever.
Dwight and I became involved with a world class company doing cutting edge research and development in cellular nutrition. It all began to make sense. Illness and wellness both start at the cellular level. Given proper nutrition, the cells and the body are better able to do what they were designed to do, create energy, endurance and recovery.
I began to see amazing differences in my life, the lives of family and friends. Then it happened. I could no longer do what I was doing in traditional medicine. Don’t get me wrong, when I break an arm I want excellent medical care - fast! However, for me, I needed to focus on wellness while educating and guiding people to live their life their way with energy, endurance and recovery - quality performance.
"My passion to help others live and perform their best will always be at the heart of what I do as an RN, educator, public speaker, and die-hard pickleball player!
We love the game and the individuals who play!
